A crisp Riesling from one of the few vineyards in Pemberton still giving this grape the attention it deserves. Our riesling is all cool-climate clarity and quiet complexity with bright citrus and flinty minerality.

At 12% alc/vol it is clean and dry. It also ages really well. Keep it cool and out of the light, and over the next 8 to 12 years it’ll pick up some lovely honeyed and petrol notes. It’s a fun one to watch evolve in cellar.

A softly sweet Riesling bursting with ripe apricot, white peach, and jasmine notes, balanced by bright citrus and a natural freshness that keeps it light and lively.

At 10.5% alc/vol this wine is a gentle indulgence and is perfect just on its own.

Pinot Noir 2025

Made from hand-picked fruit from the droopy clone (half cane, half spur pruned). Fermentation included approximately 10% whole bunches to encourage gentle maceration and lift aromatic detail.

Matured with 25% new oak, slightly higher than typical for Pinot, bringing out the subtle flavours of our fruit and highlighting its depth.

14% abv.
